Halo!
I'm a passionate student-teacher with a strong commitment to helping students reach their full potential. With a focus on teaching English, I strive to create engaging and inclusive learning environments. I'm excited to share my knowledge and experience as a SEA student-teacher exchange and contribute to global education.
All About Me
Hi there! I'm Ma. Fe Nadine S. Barrera, a Filipino from Aurora Province, lives in Manila City. I'm a passionate educator pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English at the Pontifical and Royal University of Santo Tomas in Manila City.
I believe that education can transform lives, and I'm committed to creating supportive and inclusive learning environments. I'm driven by a desire to inspire and empower students to reach their full potential. Throughout my teaching journey, I've always focused on using inclusive practices to cater to diverse learners. Moreover, I strongly advocate for lifelong learning, believing that education is a continuous process.
Aside from my academic pursuits, I've been actively involved in various extracurricular activities and have consistently been an honor student. I've also had the opportunity to attend several educational seminars at the district, division, and national levels.
I was eager to participate in the SEA Teacher Exchange Program to learn new teaching methods and practices, gain insights into Indonesian culture and education, and share Filipino teaching experiences and traditions. I was particularly interested in exploring Indonesian customs and traditions, experiencing local festivals and cuisine, and fostering cultural exchange. I was also excited to build friendships with fellow educators and enhance my language skills, including Bahasa Indonesia.
During my time in Indonesia, I had the opportunity to observe, assist, and teach in local classrooms. I believe that the experience was invaluable in my professional development and growth as an educator.
Beyond academics, I enjoyed relaxing activities like sleeping, eating, and watching movies and series. I also played the guitar and volleyball, and I was a big fan of coffee. I was always curious and eager to learn new things and explore different cultures.
I was excited about the opportunity to collaborate with fellow educators and build meaningful connections during the exchange program.
This is me! My Indonesia Journey!✨

This journey was more than just an exchange—it was a chapter of learning, discovery, and lasting connections. 💛🌏
